We are pleased to announce the release of ReadyDesk Mobile. This optional add-on offers complete administration and technician interfaces, which allow you to fully administer and interact with tickets, assets, customer data, support articles and even live chat sessions, all from your mobile devices. The mobile interface is web based, so it will work on any mobile device with a web browser that supports HTML tables and basic Javascript. There is nothing to install.
