Version 5.6 now available |
ReadyDesk version 5.6 is being released today and is now available for download. This latest version contains some minor fixes as well as some new features which are detailed below.
Customer Portal Redesign: The customer portal in ReadyDesk has been completely redesigned. Every aspect of the customer portal can now be customized via the admin console. You can upload your own header logo, change the header background, add text to the header and define the size, font, color and style of that text. You can even set the background color of the whole page. And, as before, you can rearrange the sections and items into whatever order works best for your organization. Now you can truly make the ReadyDesk customer portal look more like your own website.
Existing customers can download the latest version by logging in to their account from the home page of our website. |
