Version 5.7 now available |
ReadyDesk version 5.7 is being released today and is now available for download. This latest version contains some minor fixes as well as some new features which are detailed below.
Technician Interface Updates: The technician interface in ReadyDesk has been redesigned with a couple of key features. First, all pop-up windows have been replaced with floating layers. The second is the addition of a chat preview window, which will allow a technician to preview a chat session before joining it, without having to use the chat search feature. And finally, background colors of all of the frames can now be customized via the admin console.
Existing customers can download the latest version by logging in to their account from the home page of our website. |
