The mobile version is a scaled down version of the regular technician and administration interfaces. You can completely control your installation of ReadyDesk from the mobile admin console, or view/edit tickets, view and update tickets, view and add/edit/delete assets, view support articles, join and interact with chat sessions and more from the technician interface on your mobile devices.

The unbranded option allows you to make your customer portal of ReadyDesk look even more like your own website, by completely removing the "Powered by ReadyDesk" text and logos.
