| A new build of ReadyDesk version 9.3, which has been labeled build 9.3.1, is now available for download for our existing customers. This build addresses some minor bug fixes. Please consult the release notes in our customer portal for complete details on what has changed. If you have an open ticket please test this new build to see if it has resolved your issues and update us accordingly. This is a minor build release, so there is no need to run the database upgrade process through your admin console, unless you have not previously upgraded to version 9.3. Thank you. |
