- ReadyDesk can be integrated with your Active Directory or other LDAP server for single sign-on capability.
- You can choose to have customers, technicians or both authenticate against your Active Directory/LDAP server.
- Users selected for Active Directory/LDAP authentication can be limited by Organizational Units (OUs) and Groups.
- Data can be synchronized with your Active Directory/LDAP server manually, or automatically on the schedule you define.
- Fields can be mapped from Active Directory/LDAP to ReadyDesk so the data you need gets imported properly.
- You can use the domain lookup tool to find the suggested Active Directory/LDAP domain address (default naming context).
- Customers and/or technicians just visit the URL to your installation of ReadyDesk and they are instantly signed in.
