- ReadyDesk supports logging in to any of the interfaces using social media accounts.
- The currently supported social media platforms are Facebook, Google+ and Microsoft Live.
- When a user visits one of the ReadyDesk interfaces and wants to sign-in using a social media account, they just click on the desired platform's icon and they are presented with a login dialog. After signing in once they only need to click on the icon in the future and they will be logged in immediately.
- Users have the option of revoking their social media permissions, disconnecting ReadyDesk and their social media account so they can log in with a different account.
